Exhibition Dates;
September 11 – October 3, 2010
Eligible Participants
- Area artists 18 years of age or older.
Eligible Artwork
- Artwork following the theme surrounding change, transition, and movement. Open to
interpretation.
- 2D Work in all drawn and painted media, including: pencil, charcoal, colored pencil, pastels,
watercolor, acrylic, oil, dyes, etc. If you are unsure if your medium is accepted, please call in
advance.
- Work Completed within the last two years
- Original work not completed under instruction
- 2D work must be suitably framed, wired and ready to hang. Framations reserves the right
to reject work that is not properly prepared for hanging or is in any way unstable.
- Sizes, including frames, are not to exceed 30” x 40”

Entry Fee
Artists may submit up to three works for a non-refundable entry fee of $25.00.
Submissions
Entries must be hand delivered to Framations during the dates and times specified in this prospectus.
Dates: Saturday or Sunday, Sept. 4 or 5, 2010
Times: 12-5 pm each day
Sales
Sales are encouraged. Framations will retain a 25% commission on any work sold through the Exhibition. All works must be clearly marked upon entry with price or designated NFS.
Judge
The judge for this exhibit will be John Troy, Professor and Director of the Art Department at Lindenwood University.

Liability and Insurance
While reasonable precautions are taken to safeguard entries, Framations does not insure work submitted to the gallery for Exhibitions and is not responsible for loss or damage to any work submitted while on display or in transit. Artists are strongly encouraged to insure their own artwork. Entry in this Exhibition indicates agreement with all conditions in this prospectus.
