In this exhbition, Artist Katherine Cuba explores the beauty of Missouri landscapes. The paintings were all completed En Plein Air (French for “in the open air"). Many of the works included in this exhibit received awards during plein air competitions and other art shows. These picturesque pieces capture not only the light of the moment, but also allow the viewer a glimpse of Missouri as seen only thru the eyes of artist Katherine Cuba.. ThT ")
About Artist Katherine Cuba, MFA:
Artist Kate Cuba began working on her art as an extension of her theatre career as a performer, director, and designer. Developing from designing costumes and sets, she has become an award winning artist in the past few years. Her work as an actress, singer, and director continue as she expands her horizons into painting.
