Solo Exhib Information:
Individual Artists can rent Gallery 2 for a period of 5 weeks. (See Diagram above for wall dimensions) The rental fee for the whole room is $215.00.
All rental fees from your show are used for promotion & reception costs.
The gallery receives a 25% commision on artwork sales from Featured Artist Exhibitions.
Framations will provide the following services during your show:
- A vegetarian "Wine & Cheese" Reception (punch is also served as a non-alcoholic alternative for the guests). The opening Reception is held in conjunction with the group exhibit in the Main Gallery. (usually held from 6-8 pm on the Friday of the exhibition opening, hang dates are the Tuesday before the reception, retreival dates are the weekend after the show closes).
- Press releases sent out to the media about the show.
- Your show will be featured on our website & links to your website will be included.
-Framations will email announcements to our private email lists. (We will also provide you copy of the email to forward to your own private email lists). The artist will need to provide the gallery with 4-6 JPEG images for use on the website & email promotions at LEAST 6 weeks prior to the show opening.
- Featured artist exhibits will be listed on the back of the coinciding Group Artist Exhibition Postcards and mailed to our private gallery mailing list. If a featured artist would like individual postcards created, they can be purchased at our cost.
- Hammers, hanging hardware up to 100lbs, ladders, & tags are all provided by the gallery during the hanging. We do NOT hang your show for you , so be prepared to hang the show yourself! All artwork must be "take home" ready. This means the customer should be able to hang it as is, so if it needs a frame, make sure it is framed! If it is gallery wrap canvas, the sides should be finished!
In an effort to keep artwork fresh at Framations, Featured artists are required to wait 13 months before booking another Featured Exhibition.
Artist Group Exhibition Information:
Artist Groups can rent the group exhibiition space in the Main Gallery for a rental fee of $275 for 5 weeks. An Artist Group must consist of a minimum of 5 artists & have a group name. This exhibition space is 42'W x 12'H . All rental fees from your show are used for promotion & reception costs. The gallery receives a 25% commision on artwork sales from Artist Group Exhibitions.
Framations will provide the following services during your show:
- A vegetarian "Wine & Cheese" Reception (punch is also served as a non-alcoholic alternative for the guests). The opening Reception is usually held from 6-8 pm on the Friday of the exhibition opening. (Hang Dates are the Tuesday before the reception, retreival dates are the weekend after the show closes).
- Up to 500 postcards will be printed for the Exhibition. In addition, Framations will mail & email to our private gallery mailing & email lists. (We will also provide you copy of the email to forward to your own private email lists). If the group needs additional postcards, they can be purchased at our cost. The artist group will need to provide a 300 DPI J-Peg image for the postcards at LEAST 6 weeks prior to the show along with 4-6 other JPEG images for the website & email promotions.

Resident Artist Gallery Information:
Our Resident Artist Galleries are permanent exhibit spaces & are rented to artists on a contract basis. Spaces range in monthly rent from $20.00 to $100.00 per space & commision of 20% on sold artwork. Resident artists are also entitled to a 15% discount on their purchases from Framations. Once an artist is approved for a resident exhibit space, it is their space as long as they desire to contract the space. There are 20 spaces in the resident artist galleries. At this time all Resident Artist Gallery Spaces are full & under contract. You are welcome to submit your work for the Resident Artist Gallery waiting list. We have very little turnover on these spaces. It is a very long wait.
